Since 1996 CPS completed number of reconstruction projects for the various types of properties and started to perform the re-profiling of the buildings and giving the new life to the old and outdated spaces.
Here again our main principles and services remained unchanged:
- Development of the full package of the project documentation – from the designs tothe working documents considering the commercial appeal of the project;
- Technical and legal assistance of the projects, receipt of permits and other documentation;
- Projectingof the wide range of the objects – from private cottages by individualprojects and interior designs to the multiple-storey residential andadministrative buildings, from the separate industrial projects to theproperties for commercial and entertainment usage;
- Design by leading foreign architects;
- Interior and exterior design by local architects;
- Re-profiling and upgrade of the residential and commercial spaces for future rent;
- Implementation of design;
- Selection of contractors for various types of renovation works on different stages of the project;
- Supervision of quality and project compliance of the on-going works;
- On-time delivery and high quality of services.
OUR WORKS
We have transferred the old Soviet-era store into the modern and stylish MERCEDES showroom of SABA CARS AZERBAIJAN. The showroom is located near the subway station “20 Yanvar” and has become a landmark and trend-setter for the surrounding residential and administrative buildings.

Another example of our accomplishment can be see in the city center, near Torgovaya street and is called CITY CENTER APARTMENTS. Here our job was to transfer the old and not used for long time administrative building into the modern and attractive apartments for future rental purposes.
