Property management market in Azerbaijan is relatively young, but our company has the big experience in this field.

CPS provides the services for the maintenance of the rented properties. In this case the company signs an agreement with the renter to undertake the responsibility of the technical maintenance during property rental period and also organizing of the repairs, searching of the sub-contractor, providing the technical consultations to the clients. Thus, renter avoids the hassles of the handling of maintenance arrangements and negotiations with the sub-contractors that often becomes a complex issue for non-Russian speaking person. Тhus, the clients avoid the problems that are associated with the private lessor: sudden rent increase or refusal of the apartment rent, unsupported financial claims at the end of rental period, often visits under pretence of property condition survey;

Insurance
Special short-term (1 year) insurance policy for each renter / lessor covers all possible risks connected with the property damages (detailed description of the program can be provided upon request).

Moving services
Furniture and belongings moving (“turn-key” door-to-door)

Furniture purchase
Help with furniture and appliances purchase, etc.

Additional services
  • renovation of the rented apartment (from painting the walls to the full design project and renovation as per the latest standards of quality);
  • small plumbing repairs;
  • small electrical repairs;
  • installation of the curtain holders, ewing of curtains and installation of jalousie;
