CPS provides the services for the maintenance of the rented properties. In this case the company signs an agreement with the renter to undertake the responsibility of the technical maintenance during property rental period and also organizing of the repairs, searching of the sub-contractor, providing the technical consultations to the clients. Thus, renter avoids the hassles of the handling of maintenance arrangements and negotiations with the sub-contractors that often becomes a complex issue for non-Russian speaking person.
